01 Who We Are
This page sets out the Child Safety Standards for Gelathi, a mobile application operated and published by MOUNI MART (the "Company", "we", "us"). Gelathi is available on Google Play under the developer name MOUNI MART. These Standards apply to all users, content, and interactions on the Gelathi platform.
Gelathi is an adults-only (18+) platform. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to create an account or use the service in any capacity. Despite this restriction, we maintain proactive, dedicated safeguards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, as described below.
02 Zero-Tolerance Policy
Gelathi (operated by MOUNI MART) has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Any user who creates, uploads, shares, solicits, distributes, accesses, or in any way engages with such content or conduct will be immediately and permanently banned from the platform, and reported to the relevant law enforcement and child-protection authorities.
The following are strictly and unconditionally prohibited on Gelathi:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, text, drawings, or computer/AI-generated material;
- Sexualisation of minors, including sexualised commentary, role-play, or the depiction of any person under 18 in a sexual manner;
- Grooming — building a relationship or trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse;
- Sextortion, solicitation, or enticement of a minor for sexual purposes;
- Trafficking, advertising, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of children;
- Sharing links, contact details, or off-platform means intended to access or exchange CSAM.
03 Compliance with Indian Law
Gelathi operates primarily across the Indian subcontinent and complies fully with the child-safety laws of India, including:
- The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012 — including the provisions criminalising the storage and transmission of child pornographic material;
- Section 67B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 — which criminalises publishing, transmitting, or causing the transmission of material depicting children in sexually explicit acts;
- The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 — including our obligation to remove such content expeditiously upon actual knowledge;
- Relevant provisions of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
A "child" or "minor" means any person below the age of 18 years, consistent with the POCSO Act, 2012.
04 Our Preventive & Detective Measures
To uphold these Standards, MOUNI MART maintains the following safeguards on Gelathi:
- Age gate: Registration is restricted to users aged 18 and above, with age confirmation at sign-up;
- In-app reporting: A Report control is available on every profile, message, media item, and call, allowing users to flag suspected child endangerment;
- Trust & Safety review: Reports of suspected CSAE are treated as the highest priority and reviewed promptly by our Trust & Safety team;
- Immediate action: Confirmed violations result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and preservation of relevant data for law enforcement;
- Reporting to authorities: We report apparent CSAM and child endangerment to the appropriate authorities and child-protection organisations (see below).
05 Reporting Child Sexual Abuse Material
If you encounter suspected CSAE or CSAM on Gelathi, please report it immediately:
- Inside the app: Use the Report button on the relevant profile, message, or media;
- By email: Contact our dedicated child-safety point of contact at childsafety@gelathi.in.
We also encourage — and ourselves use — the following official reporting channels:
- National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (India): cybercrime.gov.in (dedicated "Report Women/Child Related Crime" section) or helpline 1930;
- National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) — POCSO e-Box: ncpcr.gov.in;
- CHILDLINE India: helpline 1098;
- National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline: report.cybertip.org, to which we report apparent CSAM.
06 Cooperation with Authorities
MOUNI MART cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies, courts, and statutory child-protection bodies in India. We will preserve and disclose relevant account information, content, and metadata in response to lawful requests and, where required by law, on our own initiative when we become aware of apparent CSAE. We are committed to responding to such requests expeditiously and in accordance with applicable law.
